I took my muffin base recipe and swapped out the regular milk for buttermilk. This gives the classic, slightly tangy flavor of coffee cake.
I then added mini chocolate chips and topped with a heaping amount of streusel topping. Drizzling with powdered sugar glaze is completely optional, but makes them extra pretty!
