Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace

Letters From A Better Me author Rachael Wolff has written a new blog post on the gratitude she feels for the inner peace and calm she feels as she travels on her life’s journey.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #77

I’m grateful that balance, peace, & calm are inward journeys. This was such an empowering realization for me. Understanding that despite what is going on around me, I can make choices that will make me feel a sense of inner balance, peace, and calm helps me to exhale during those stressful times. I don’t have to be pulled into anyone else’s chaos, that is my choice. Even when I make the choice to join in, I also have the power to get out. I’m SO grateful for that. There are so many tools to go inward when we are ready to hear and learn them. I’m so grateful that they keep showing up.

Today, I commit to putting my inner work into practice. If I feel myself in any energy besides love, abundance, and peace, I will do the work to get back there. What is happening around me is NOT an excuse for me to lose my feelings of balance, peace, and calm. I can do all the things I need to do from a place of love, abundance, and peace or fear, lack, and separation. It’s ALWAYS my choice, and today I choose to put all the inner work into practice to make sure I stay aligned with the energy I WANT to be living in. I have the tools to be at one with my energy, I’m the only one who can separate myself from my peace. The world needs our light right now, I hope you will join me to help flood the world with love, abundance, and peace. We can only do it if we are living it.

With Love, Abundance, and Peace,

How Becoming an Empowered Woman Transforms the World

THE EMPOWERED WOMAN follows the belief system that is best explained in a quote by Byron Katie: “The most attractive thing about the Buddha was that he saved one person: himself. That’s all he needed to save; when he saved himself, he saved the whole world.”

The letters work in different ways depending on the chapter and part of the book.
