Letters From A Better Me author Rachael Wolff has written a new blog spot on how grateful she is to be open to spotting red flags.

Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #122
I’m grateful I’m open to spot red flags. This statement hasn’t always been true. I once was horrible at this, but that is what taught me to stay open to spot them now. There are still days when I’m unable to spot them. We can’t accurately spot red flags if we are aligned with fear, lack, and separation. The better I get at spotting fear agendas, the clearer I see. Now, I truly appreciate it when I’m open to spot the red flags flying, even if I’m the one swinging them. Here’s the thing that some people don’t get, if we are aligning with the energy of fear, lack, and separation, we project energy that fuels that energy, we need to spot our own warning signs. When I discovered my own power to shift my energy, I became truly grateful to see those flags, because seeing them helps me to move out of the energy so much faster and then spot them in others, so that I’m not manipulated by fear agendas. That’s one of the ways I stay aligned with love, abundance, and peace.

Today, I commit to being open to see RED flags. One of the clearest red flags I learned to spot was in “ALL” thinking. When someone categorizes groups in “ALL” categories, like white, black, immigrants, Christians, Catholics, Jews, Muslims, men, women, LBGQT+, Republicans, Democrats… When people are speaking against a group and using categories of “ALL”, such as all Republicans or all Democrats are evil. HELLO, GIANT RED FLAG. When people make comments like, “All immigrants are criminals”, “All Muslims are terrorists”, “All men are sexist”, “All white men are racist”, “All media is evil”… RED FLAGS!!! When people look at others like this, their blinders are up and they have dehumanized the people they are judging. They are also being swayed by the energy of fear, lack, and separation, which is an important red flag to spot. When we do it, it’s a red flag that we don’t have clear eyes. People want us thinking in “ALL” categories have an agenda tied to fear, lack, and separation. When we spot it, we can DIG DEEPER. My mission is ALWAYS to find the humanity in the people someone else wants me to judge negatively.
If we want to align with love, abundance, and peace, we have to be willing to spot red flags that come from people and groups influenced by the energy of fear, lack, and separation—that includes US. I know the second I’m not willing to look at my own red flags, I will not be able to spot them around me, because my vision will be skewed and I can be easily manipulated by fear agendas. We can’t ignore it when people show us who they are. We can’t ignore it when we ourselves are lost in the energy of fear, lack, and separation. We will attract whatever energy we are aligned with.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.

How Becoming an Empowered Woman Transforms the World
THE EMPOWERED WOMAN follows the belief system that is best explained in a quote by Byron Katie: “The most attractive thing about the Buddha was that he saved one person: himself. That’s all he needed to save; when he saved himself, he saved the whole world.”
The letters work in different ways depending on the chapter and part of the book.
