Daily Aligning with Love, Abundance, and Peace #60

I’m grateful for oxygen. I’m grateful for the ability to breathe it in and fill my body with the energy it needs to get through this day. I’m grateful for each moment that I remember that without oxygen, I wouldn’t be here and neither would you. On the hardest days, gratitude for oxygen is the first thing on my list. When I remind myself to be grateful for my most basic needs being met, I can slowly move from the world of outer chaos and find my way back to my breath. We are living in some very challenging times, but it doesn’t mean they aren’t necessary for our growth as humans. Remembering to breathe consciously in awareness of the power of oxygen is a catalyst that starts moving our brain in a different direction. We allow it space to slow down. The more we think and appreciate oxygen, the more conscious we are of our breath which reduces our stress. This helps us to move away from the energy of fear, lack, and separation and into the energy of love, abundance, and peace. Just reading this post you might have notice your attention more on your breath and being right where your feet are in the present moment. That’s the beautiful power of appreciating oxygen. Live abundantly!

Today, I commit to appreciating the oxygen that flows through me. Today, my focus is to look at the amazing power of oxygen. Not just breathing it, but the importance of it for human existence. My focus is on a appreciating the trees that provide it to how it interacts with the blood that runs through my whole body. Did you know that when we are stressed, we may hold our breath? This act actually effects our internal systems and our mental state as a whole since the brain needs oxygen to function properly. The more we hold our breath, the less with function in a healthy way. If we want keep our minds working right and processing thoughts to the best of it’s ability, we need a good flow of oxygen running through us. Notice when you are in the energy of love, abundance, and peace how easy it is to breathe. Now, think a stressful thought, just for a second. Notice what your body does. Did your body contract? Did you hold your breath? Okay, shake that off and let’s go back to being in the energy of love, abundance, and peace where we truly belong.

With Love, Abundance, and Peace,

How Becoming an Empowered Woman Transforms the World

THE EMPOWERED WOMAN follows the belief system that is best explained in a quote by Byron Katie: “The most attractive thing about the Buddha was that he saved one person: himself. That’s all he needed to save; when he saved himself, he saved the whole world.”

The letters work in different ways depending on the chapter and part of the book.
