Today’s guest fell in love with sports at an early age, not by playing but by reading the sports section from the Boston Globe. At just four years of age, he studied the MLB standings as he ate his breakfast before going to preschool. His love of sports continued to mature and eventually, he wrote a sports column and blog while attending UMass-Amherst. Immediately after graduating, he integrated his love of sports with the understanding of research while working as an ESPN sports content researcher. Today he wants to inspire youth with his experiences and love of sports with his debut book, “Trust the Grind-How World Class Athletes Got To The Top”.
