“Wisdom from the Heart to Get you Through These Challenging Times” is a panel discussion which includes three authors who will share tips and practices for self-care, love, compassion, and connection.
The authors will also take questions from the audience.

Kathleen Archambeau is an award-winning nonfiction writer and journalist who has been featured in People, L.A. Sunday Weekly, and O magazines.
