Judith Pentz is an integrative psychiatrist who offers wise care and innovative treatment options for mental health challenges that we are all facing at this time. Her book, Cleanse Your Body, Reveal Your Soul is a prescriptive memoir about her journey towards health and wholeness.
Elise Marie Collins is a yoga teacher living in San Francisco. Elise’s writing combines her love of ancient healing arts and scientific inquiry. She is author of Super Ager: You Can Look Younger, Have More Energy, a Better Memory, and Live a Long and Healthy Life.
