Connection and Spirituality in the Outdoors:
Everyone craves a sense of belonging – on this planet and with one another, especially during these times. When we cultivate connection to one another, the Divine, and nature, we begin to feel our sacred place on the Earth.
Join Rev. Connie L. Habash in this physically-distanced, small group experience (8-10 people) as we spend a morning immersing in ecotherapy – deep nature connection and sacred healing – and grow a sense of community as humans and as part of this beautiful natural world. Together, let’s awaken our Divine Nature.
Each community gathering includes:
- Moderate hikes or walks
- Gentle and mindful yoga & meditation
- Deep nature connection practices
- Sharing in a soulful, supportive community
Join us, rain or shine, on these dates:
- Saturday, May 15th
Location: Woodside, CA or nearby

Please bring appropriate layers and gear, a day pack, a bottle of water, snacks that work for you, and a journal and pen.
All gatherings will be physically-distanced and follow current COVID-19 protocols. You will be required to wear a mask.
Awakening From Anxiety
A Spiritual Guide to Living a More Calm, Confident, and Courageous Life
Competent, spiritual people suffer from anxiety and depression too: Spiritual people often find that their own expectations of living a life dedicated to a higher power makes them more susceptible to high-functioning anxiety. Sometimes, traditional relaxation techniques either do not work, don’t last, or, in some cases, actually increase their anxiety.
The missing keys to managing anxiety: Psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and interfaith minister Rev. Connie L. Habash shows us a way to transform our perceptions using mindful awareness, in order that we may live divinely inspired lives. In over 25 years as a counselor helping spiritual people overcome anxiety, Rev. Connie has taught that it takes more than chanting mantras, stretching, or relaxation techniques to calm anxiety. It requires a transformation in perception, moment-to-moment body awareness, and a conscious response to thoughts and emotions.
