Rev. Connie Habash, author of Awakening From Anxiety, will be teaching a mediation and yoga class on Friday, March 12th at 7pm PST.
Although we’d love to control everything, much of life is beyond our control. The ancient sages from many traditions teach us that inner peace comes from within, not our external circumstances.
Rev. Connie L. Habash, author of Awakening from Anxiety, will share some of the teachings from the Yoga Sutras about cultivating serenity within no matter what happens in life. We’ll also have discussion and meditation to deepen and embody these principles in our lives.
