This week is about “Empowered Writing.” Our magnificent group will learn more about writing in terms of increasing one’s inner strength and self-esteem.

Greta Solomon is a business writing teacher, creative self-expression expert, and journal healer. She is the author of two books, including the award-nominated Heart, Sass & Soul: Journal Your Way to Inspiration and Happiness. She lives and writes in London.
Joan Gelfand is the author of three poetry collections, a chapbook of short fiction, and the Amazon #1 bestseller “You Can Be a Winning Writer” (Mango press) Joan’s debut novel, “Extreme” was published by Blue Light Press in July 2020.
Nita Sweeney is the award-winning wellness author of the running and mental health memoir, “Depression Hates a Moving Target: How Running with My Dog Brought Me Back from the Brink” and co-creator of the writing journal, “You Should Be Writing: A Journal of Inspiration & Instruction to Keep Your Pen Moving”. A long-time meditator, mental health advocate, ultramarathoner, and former assistant to writing practice originator Natalie Goldberg, Nita lives in central Ohio with her husband, Ed, and their yellow Labrador retriever, Scarlet.
