As the pandemic continues to claim lives and create an ongoing sense of uncertainty, how do we cope? How do we navigate our lives when we aren’t sure if we can plan for a big event or travel? How do take care of ourselves when there is so much political uncertainty, unrest, and challenging situations all around us?
On September 15th, the Heart Wisdom Panel will focus on Living with Uncertainty. More so, the authors- mentioned below- will discuss this topic in further detail and offer tools for coping with the stress & fears of an uncertain world.

She is the Senior Minister of Unity Spiritual Center of San Francisco, which she has served since 2010.
