“Wisdom from the Heart During These Challenging Times” is a panel discussion that includes authors who share wisdom & aim to help others however that may be. Likewise, they speak on helpful tips and practices for inspiring self-care, love, compassion, and connection.

This week’s focus is on vitality, experiencing life with delight! Come join our conversation and immerse yourself in thought-provoking conversations.The authors will take questions from the audience.

Writer Irene O’Garden is an Off-Broadway playwright, award-winning poet, memoirist, and Pushcart Prize-winning essayist whose latest book is “Glad to Be Human: Adventures in Optimism.”
