Melina Palmer, author of the upcoming What Your Customer Wants You to Know (And Can’t Tell You), will speak at the IGNITE! Marketing and Customer Experience Conference on April 20th at 1pm.

Melina’s workshop is called, Brain Shift: Why Behavioral Economics is the Future of Marketing.

Your current and potential customers’ behavior can be very predictable when you understand the brain. With the changing landscape, behavioral economics is being implemented in companies around the world requiring marketing, brand strategy, and customer experience to change as well. Melina Palmer teaches on this topic through the largest academic human behavior lab in the world. This workshop will explain what behavioral economics is and how brain science is being incorporated into everything from hospitals to household products.
