Elise will help you to relax in luxurious, supported yoga poses using blankets, sofa cushions, chairs and pillows while Jules plays a healing blend of sounds from crystal and Tibetan bowls, ritual instruments, chimes and tuning forks. It all works in conjunction to soothe your nervous system, enhance your endocrine glands and stimulate your body’s natural abilities to heal.
