After graduating from The One Thought Institute in 2018 she noticed that her 25 years of chronic pain had completely gone and so conducted research to discover if she could reproduce this experience in others.  Following the success of 5 case studies she developed a program called Painless and is now helping clients all over the world with all kinds of health issues and working with doctors and clinicians to introduce them to the Three Principles. Chana is also an international speaker and author. More About Joe

At the age of 40 I reluctantly began writing about my approach to the Three Principles of Psychology at the request of a publisher.

Since then, I found that writing books to be just another way I can continue to help people find true happiness and peace of mind.

WHAT IS THREE PRINCIPLES PSYCHOLOGY AND HOW IS THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE CREATED?

I hope this newsletter will serve you as an essential guide to a RESILIENT LIFE that includes:

  • Happiness
  • Connection
  • Prevent Stress & Burnout
  • A Sense of Purpose
  • Freedom from Addiction, Depression, Anxiety

In 1980, I was fortunate to learn of a paradigm shift happening in psychology. It was in its infancy but showed promise in illuminating the constant principles behind all human experience–whether in people with mental dysfunction or very successful people who were functioning at levels of creativity, resilience, performance, and success.

Unlocking Resilience in Turbulent Times

What is the Transformation Principle?  This principle is a realization of the fundamental way our mind works that brings about a “transformative resilience” that radically shifts the way we understand ourselves and our chaotic world. It creates an inner strength and self-confidence, enabling us to see it is our thinking that creates our experience and the quality of our lives.

Burnout prevention and resilience in a changing world. As a leader in the field of addiction therapies and strategies for overcoming fear and burnout, Joseph Bailey has piloted a number of programs on transformative resilience at the Mayo Clinic, The University of Minnesota Medical School―Center for Spirituality and Healing, addiction treatment centers, and healthcare facilities. Thousands of students, clients, and professionals have been inspired and educated by his Transformation Principle. He has provided his program of practical tips and proven methods to first responders and a variety of professions including businesses, social service agencies, hospitals, universities, and school communities.
