Musing Monday

KJ Landis (author of Happy Healthy You) keeps all up to date with her new events and how to stay motivated during COVID.

Dear Friends, Family, and Tribe,

Happy Monday! This week’s blog is about understanding the glycemic index of foods and the glycemic load. What are they, what is the difference? Is one more important than the other? If I am healthy do I need to be concerned about these terms at all? How many carbs are good or bad for me? Click here to read.

This week’s YouTube video is sharing my thoughts on mask wearing if guided to by mandates. Look, as the variants of viruses change, they get stronger and more resilient. That is why if we are not vaccinated, we will show more symptoms and suffer more. I want us to be healthy and happy, prevent our chances of being ill. Our science changes as more information is being tested and share, so we must be flexible. If my city or county says mandatory mask up, I will. I encourage you to do the same.

My latest book is available for order now. Happy, Healthy You! https://www.amazon.com/Happy-Healthy-…

Thank you for the support over the years. I’m looking forward to sharing more and more wisdom, inspiration, and motivation in the moments to come.

Blessings,
KJ Landis
