Check out this letter from KJ Landis author of Happy Healthy You

Dear Friends, Family, and Tribe,
May you find strength and peace to carry on this Monday.
As the world watched upon yet another innocent black person being murdered with witnesses watching, it is the true definition of a lynching. This murder took place in the hands of uncaring and underserving police. The reality is that even though I have great feelings of hope, empathy, and compassion, we live in a system that accepts and encourages the separation of care and compassion depending upon one’s color, race, creed, beliefs, and socioeconomic status. Prayers work. Action works. Write letters of support to government leaders to change the system now. Call your legislators. now. Protest peacefully now. Never forget.

This week’s YouTube video is sharing a video from a few years ago after random bombings throughout Europe that are focused on hate. The recent hate crimes across the USA are so similar in their negative purpose, that is, to break people down, to continue to instill widespread fear among innocent people of color. No more. Time’s up, world! Right now we can do something to help others, which in turn helps ourselves. What you do matters. Your thoughts carry energy too. Watch here!
Thank you for the support over the years. I’m looking forward to sharing more and more wisdom, inspiration, and motivaton in the moments to come. Please write to me and share your world with me.
Blessings,
KJ Landis
