Reasons to Smile

“Before you put on a frown, be absolutely sure
there are no smiles available.”  ~ Jim Beggs

Do you tend to smile only when you feel friendly and joyful or are you likely to smile no matter what you are experiencing?

There are many good reasons to be honest about our thoughts and real about our emotions.  But it is possible to be authentic and still wear a smile even when we feel less than happy.

Smiling is healthy and wise too.  No matter how we’re feeling today, let’s smile as often and as best we can.

“A gentle word, a kind look, a good-natured smile can work wonders and accomplish miracles,” says William Hazlitt.

Smiles are signs of peace and hope too. And they often lift sadness, soften hurts, and lead to joy.

Love and compassion too,
Charlene
