LIFE IS EASIER WHEN
“Life becomes easier when you learn to accept an apology you never got.” ~ Robert Brault
Life also becomes easier when we let go of:
trying to be perfect
needing to please others
having to be right
trying to change others
judging ourselves and others…
What “whens” would you add? What “hows” would you suggest?
Today let’s imagine that things that weigh on our hearts are like balloons on loose strings around our wrists. We can roll them off and allow them to float away.
It’s not necessarily easy. But it can be. Let’s keep our minds and hearts clear of fear and open to love healing and guiding us.
With joy,
Charlene
THE SIXTH GIFT IS JOY. May it keep your heart open and filled with light. – from The Twelve Gifts of Birth
THE RESILIENCE OF YOU
“Reconnect to what makes you happy and brings you Joy. If there is something that used to make you happy which you have stopped doing, do it again. Seek to find deeper meaning and significance rather than living on the surface.” ~ Susan C. Young
Resilience. It’s the part of strength that allows us to hold on while we let go. Let’s remember we have it. That alone nurtures it a bit. Let’s also do things that stir our joy. Nourish our souls with beauty. Remember our ideals. Hold hope. Be flexible and kind.
With love and vision,
Charlene
THE FIRST GIFT IS STRENGTH. May you remember to call upon it whenever you need it. – from The Twelve Gifts of Birth
