Charlene Costanzo, author of The Twelve Gift From the Garden, has a few wise on how to start your day the right way, read Charlene’s inspiring words here.

“Be pleasant until ten o’clock in the morning and the rest of the day will take care of itself.” – Elbert Hubbard
I first chuckled when I came across this quote but then wondered: Might there be something to it?
I’m assuming that Elbert started his day well before ten. Some older folks in our community don’t get up until nine or so. Elbert’s main point, however, is to fill the first few hours of our day with cheerfulness and kindness.
Care to join me in testing this for the next few days? Whatever time you wake, choose to consciously be kind and cheerful.
Let’s see how this affects the rest of each day, into the night, through to bedtime.
Wishing you joyful days and peaceful nights.
With grateful expectancy,
Charlene
