“Truly, it is in the darkness that we find the light, so when we are in sorrow, the light is nearest to all of us.” ~ Meister Eckhart
Consider this today whenever you turn on a lamp, switch on a light, or light a candle. Notice how even a small amount of light dispels darkness.
Observe how light can be increased too.
I noticed this recently when I saw how sunlight shining upon leaves and through them from behind can suddenly seem to enter into leaves and glow like a presence of light and life.
Let’s aim to be like glowing sunlight and bring light wherever we go.
If we are feeling in sorrowful darkness, let’s hold hope and take comfort that light is near, right here.
With love,
Charlene
